Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again! is a women’s seven-day yoga and meditation retreat on the magical island of Paros, off the coast of the Greek mainland. Led by Lisa Laney, founder of PuressenceYoga, and Oasis of Sound’s Anne Malone, will guide participants through daily yoga and meditation practices designed to bring out the inner goddess in all of us.
Participants can attend daily practices beginning with prana yama and meditation, followed by various yoga practices including vigorous vinyasa to restorative, and guided sound meditation and music lead classes. There will be introspective journaling, reflection, sharing, and more – a true retreat for the body, mind, and spirit!

Lisa is an experienced, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and holds a 900-hour meditation teacher certification. Her passion for yoga began in the U.S., and followed her to Paris, where she taught workshops and helped to raise money for several nonprofits benefiting children.
Lisa has trained with many great yoga and meditation teachers and continues to study and teach internationally and locally, where she encourages a safe and supportive atmosphere filled with humor, compassion and love. She also teaches mindfulness to middle and high school students in Philadelphia.
