We cannot give refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, flight changes or cancellations and other
travel delays, or personal circumstances such as illness or injury. We are incurring expenses upfront to sponsor this
retreat (reserving the center, planning the retreat, and so on) and the registration fees cover the costs of the
facility, planning, and services.
If you must cancel your registration prior to the April 22, 2020 cut-off, we will return your payment minus the $250
We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance from the provider of your choice for this retreat to
protect yourself from unforeseen incidents.
In the event that we must cancel this retreat, we will refund your payment in full, including deposit. However, we
cannot be responsible for reimbursement for other costs you may incur (e.g., travel). In the unlikely event the
retreat is canceled due to weather, natural disaster, or political issues, we cannot guarantee a refund as we will be
dependent on the venue for reimbursement of payment made to it. Again, to protect yourself, we highly
recommend purchasing travel insurance from the provider of your choice.
